Hard water is defined as water that contains dissolved minerals (usually, but not limited to, calcium and magnesium bicarbonate) expressed as grains per gallon or parts per million. The lower the mineral content the softer the water; a higher mineral content equates to harder water.
- Dramatically reduced scale build-up
- Reduction in existing scale
- Added life to your appliances
- No added salt or potassium
- Virtually maintenance free
- No water wasted
- No reduction in water pressure
- Environmentally friendly
Rather than exchanging the calcium and magnesium bicarbonate for sodium chloride or potassium chloride like a water softener, the AMP Force technology alters the form of the calcium and magnesium to a soluble, non-adherent form.
The AMPForce uses low voltage, high frequency electrical pulses alternating positive to negative to decrystalize the calcium and magnesium and alter the form to a soluble form and thereby prevent scale build-up inside the plumbing and water using appliances.
